With every purchase of a MEE-CHef product is the guarantee that for any reason, if you were not satisfied with your experience, we want to know and fix it. 

Feel free to return ANY product or service we may have offered within the first 30 days for an exchange or even full refund on the product(s). We value our customer's and their dedication to choosing to support MEE-CHef, and we understand that trying new things can be scary!

SHIPPING & HANDLING

International Orders:We currently accept International orders (Outside of North America) through direct contact submissions, feel free to contact us to learn more!

APO/FPO and/or PO Boxes: We apologize that we currently do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.

Taxes and Duties: Orders from Canada may be subject to customs and duties fees upon arrival. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.

Currency Conversion: All payments and refunds are charged in US dollars. Currency conversion is for reference only. We suggest checking with the issuing bank of your credit card to find the exact exchange rate. We do not account for changes in exchange rates and will not issue price adjustments based on fluctuations of exchange rates.

Policy and Terms: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from tobi.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Please allow up to 48 business hours (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days) to process and ship your order.

* Orders must be placed by 10:00am EST for shipment to be processed within the same day (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days).


Custom Orders
MEE-CHef retains the right to hold and retain all information and knowledge on behalf of research and innovation of new styles and fabrics for all custom orders and inquiries. All information gathered will be used to help innovate MEE-CHef's future products and help push the industry forward with better fabrics and garments! 


ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Once you have placed your order please allow 2-3 business days for our warehouse to process your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that contains your tracking number, if available. Tracking is not provided for orders shipped via USPS First Class International.

Change or Cancel My Order: Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. Please make sure to double check that your shipping and billing information is correct before submitting your order.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We do not accept PayPal at this time. Your account will not be charged until your order has shipped.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

MEE-CHef gladly excepts returns within 30 days of your order’s original shipment date. Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags, including MEE-CHef hangtags attached. Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items policy below to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must contact Customer Care within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.

Non Returnable Items The following are not eligible for refund and will be denied:

  • Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date

  • All items marked “FINAL SALE”

  • Final sale items also cannot be exchanged

  • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains

MEE-Chef reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.

Return Instructions: Please follow the instructions on your packing slip, fill out the applicable sections and include it in your return package. If returning items from separate orders, combine them into one package and include packing slips for each item. You must print and send your return within 30 days of the original shipment date in order to be eligible. When we receive your return package, please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For Returns
1. Fill out and include your packing slip in the return package
2. Mail to the address indicated on your reciept
